USING THORNTONS SITE
Browse by using the categories and accompanying images at the top of the screen. A sub-menu will appear when you mouse-over each category, for example ‘Chocolates & Specialties’ reveals: Continental, Toffee and Fudge, Specialties.
To search for a specific product, enter a word or phrase into the search field and press the ‘find gifts’ arrow key. If you have a Thorntons catalogue or know the product code of the item you are looking for, you can also enter that.
The search will look for products that match all of the words (or the product code) you enter. The results of your search will then be displayed in the centre of your screen. To find out more information about the products, click the image or title of the product. You may also add these products to your basket by selecting the basket button.
DELIVERY
Delivery is charged at £4.99 per recipient / order for week day delivery and £5.99 for Saturday delivery. Thorntons delivery is a next day / specific day service, this is so we can be sure that orders arrive with our customers in a premium condition and minimises the chances of damage in transit and storage outside our premises.
