• Do Ndex charge for delivery?

Normally Ndex charge for delivery of £3.95 for purchases totalling under £100. Delivery is free for purchases over £100. However, during promotion periods, eg Christmas shopping, Ndex offer free delivery – see site for more details.

If you need to return goods to Ndex they offer two options;- you can arrange a free pick-up or return the goods to any Ndex store.

• What is Ndex returns policy?

"If you wish to make a return, you should do so within 16 days of receipt. We will either replace the goods or refund your payment†".

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Goods will not be refunded without the original receipt. Any free gifts including vouchers must also accompany returned items.

†Where payment has been made in Ndex , High Street Choice, Provident, Bonus Bond or Capital Bond vouchers, the refund will be made in Ndex Credit Vouchers.”
