UK Delivery Information;
Mother CareUK aims to deliver your order within 4 working days. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.

UK Delivery Charges
UK orders of £150 or over will be delivered free of charge (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO).

UK orders of less than £150 will be charged £3.95 per order (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO).

If the order is over £100 and you paid using a Mother CareUK card then delivery is free.

Hassle-free returns policy

Mother CareUK is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.

• They will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as your products are returned in an unused condition, within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
• This can be either direct to them at Mother CareUK Direct, Ladywood Works, Leicester Road, Lutterworth LE17 4HD or to any Mother CareUK store for a full refund or exchange.
• All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
• If you live outside of the United Kingdom then please telephone their Customer Service Team in the UK on +44 (0)1923 210 210 on Monday to Friday, from 9a.m. to 5p.m.

*excluding toiletries, personal items, opened videos and software (unless faulty). This does not effect your statutory rights.

Any pushchair under £100 (i.e. up to £99.99) is subject to a 6 month guarantee. Any pushchair over £100 is subject to a 12 month guarantee.

Refunds/Exchange
They will refund or exchange the pushchair if:;

• it is returned unused and within 28 days of purchase
• the pushchair displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of again.
