If you need to return goods to Inex they offer two options;- you can arrange a free pick-up or return the goods to any Inex store.

• What is Inex returns policy?

"If you wish to make a return, you should do so within 16 days of receipt. We will either replace the goods or refund your payment†".

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Goods will not be refunded without the original receipt.

Any free gifts including vouchers must also accompany returned items.

†Where payment has been made in Inex , High Street Choice, Provident, Bonus Bond or Capital Bond vouchers, the refund will be made in Inex Credit Vouchers.”
