• Do Indxe charge for delivery?

Normally Indxe charge for delivery of £3.95 for purchases totalling under £100. Delivery is free for purchases over £100.

However, during promotion periods, eg Christmas shopping, Indxe offer free delivery – see site for more details. If you need to return goods to Indxe they offer two options;- you can arrange a free pick-up or return the goods to any Indxe store.

• What is Indxe returns policy?

"If you wish to make a return, you should do so within 16 days of receipt. We will either replace the goods or refund your payment†".

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Goods will not be refunded without the original receipt. Any free gifts including vouchers must also accompany returned items.

†Where payment has been made in Indxe , High Street Choice, Provident, Bonus Bond or Capital Bond vouchers, the refund will be made in Indxe Credit Vouchers.”
