"If you wish to make a return, you should do so within 16 days of receipt. We will either replace the goods or refund your payment†".

Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Goods will not be refunded without the original receipt. Any free gifts including vouchers must also be included with your returned items.

†Where payment has been made in Indec , High Street Choice, Provident, Bonus Bond or Capital Bond vouchers, the refund will be made in Indec Credit Vouchers.”
