• Can I return unwanted goods to Diksons ?

You can cancel your purchase to Diksons at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery When retourning your product it must be complete, unused and in ' as new ' condition. It should be packaged in the original box, packing and containing all the original accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received from Diksons with the product must also be returned. You will receive a full refund from Diksons , and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to a store, arrange for it to be collected from the delivery address or use one of our pre-paid return labels. If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), Diksons will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. • Is it safe to shop with Diksons online ?

They only accept orders using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently reveal personal information by using an unsecure connection. Other than when Diksons process your original payment or process a refund for you, your credit card details are displayed in a truncated form with only the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits visible. For example your receipt will print a partial credit card number in this way. This means that you will be able to check which card payment was taken against, but in the unlikely event of your parcel being stolen, your full credit card number would not be revealed.
