In 1998 B&QOnline merged with France 's leading DIY retailer, Castorama, to become the largest DIY retailer in Europe. In June of 1999 the International Expansion continued with the opening of the Shanghai store - B&QOnline's first in mainland China. B&QOnline also took a big step with the acquisition of Screwfix Direct, the hardware mail order specialist.

The lines are open 8am - 6pm weekdays and 9am - 5pm Saturdays.

Also remember to take the Sales Invoice received with your order and let the in-store customer service staff know that you ordered the goods online.
