Can I choose when my shopping's delivered?
Yes, of course you can. We deliver from our stores between 10am and 8pm Monday to Saturday. We will always do our best to fit in with you.
2) What happens if I have to change my order?
It's no problem at all. Call us or e-mail us
and we'll make the changes.
3) What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?
If you agreed to let us make substitutions on your behalf when you place your order, our Personal Shoppers will carefully and thoughtfully select an alternative product for you. Any substitutions we make will always be the best quality or bigger pack size, but you will only ever be charged the price of the product you ordered. If by any chance you're not happy with a product we select on your behalf, we will always refund or replace with an alternative.
4) I choose my shopping carefully. How do I know you'll pick the best?
Our personal Shoppers are your eyes in the store and we guarantee they'll pick the freshest, best quality products for you, just like they were shopping for themselves.
5) What happens if I need to go out and have to change my delivery slot?
Call us and we'll rearrange the time with you. If we do miss you, we'll take your shopping back to the store and give you a call to find out when you're home.
6) How do I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card online?
You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Solo on our secure site. For your peace of mind, all information given to us is encrypted so no-one else can read it and none of it is retained. |
