You should contact e2save Customer Services Department on 0871 222 5522 to advise them of the fault.
E2save will then assist you in attempting to resolve any fault by using the technical services of both the manufacturer and your chosen network to hopefully rectify the problem. If the fault still exists e2save will arrange a replacement phone to be delivered to you by courier who will also collect your faulty phone.
You should ensure you re-package your phone in the manufacturers original packaging ensuring that the phone is in pristine condition along with the original items
