Currys Online
- Are products advertised on the Currys website in stock?
Currys do their very best to show whether products are in stock on their site. Sometimes, however, popular products do go out of stock and there is a short time lapse before they can update the site. In this case, when you try to put the product in your basket, you will receive an 'out of stock' message. You can either select another product or use Currys store locator to assist you to locate the nearest store
When you confirm your purchase Currys carry out a second stock check just in case they have sold the last item whilst you were entering your payment details.
In the unlikely event that you are able to submit an order for a product that is out of stock, Currys will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
- How do I pay for goods I buy at Currys online?
Currys take the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, American Express, Diners Card, Delta. Unfortunately, they cannot accept cheques, cash or postal orders on their web site. If you wish to use one of these payment methods, please use Currys store locator to find your nearest Currys store.
- I want to buy a gift for someone, will Currys deliver it direct to them?
Yes. Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. For further information please see Currys delivery policy.
